Exchange Policy

Hypnotism Studio only supports exchanges and order-related claims under the following conditions:

• An unboxing video is required, clearly showing all six sides of the package and the product with original tags attached.

• Within 03 days from the date of receipt/purchase.

• Applicable only in cases where the item is defective or incorrect compared to the original order.

• Exchange is allowed once per order only.

• The product must remain in its original condition, unused, with all tags and original packaging intact.

The exchange policy does not apply to used items or sale products, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
